This course is intended for operation and maintenance personnel, with or without an electrical background.
The purpose is to provide basic knowledge about the hazards associated with working in an electrical plan and preventing accidents.
It is a requirement of the authorities that when non-electrical professionals are entering an electrical system, they must be instructed to carry out the work they have been given permission to perform, such as changing fuses, reverting bimetallic relays, etc.
The primary target group is personnel who will be instructed persons. The secondary target group is persons with a role in the enterprises' HSE work.
The content of the course covers the authorities' requirements for theoretical training for persons who will perform simple operational and maintenance tasks at electrical installations.
The course focuses on preventing accidents and becoming aware of the dangers of working with electricity. There is a theoretical review of first aid and instructions, but the candidate must also be given practical training and instruction.
